Kelp Me can be consumed in a number of different ways due to its distinct cinnamon flavour and ability to set like a 'gel' when added to liquids. Glucomannan can absorb up to 50 times its weight in water!
Kelp Me Advance has a slightly more earthy taste and takes longer to set as a gel, it is recommended you drink Kelp Me Advance 20-30 minutes before mealtimes with water or apple juice. Kelp Me Advance also goes really well with Rude Health drinks such as coconut or hazelnut. It can also be mixed into your morning shake and blended.

Try mixing the powder with water, juice or smoothies. Flavours such as apple work best but use your imagination!

When Kelp Me sets it can be eaten or used as a compote with yoghurt or porridge. Mix with different juices and find your favourite flavour!
With all this in mind, here are a few of our favourite flavours:
Thin Thin
Ingredients: Water, Kelp Me
Great: For those most concerned about calories, down the hatch in one before a meal.
Christmas in a glass
Ingredients: Apple juice, Water (optional), Kelp Me
Great: If you want to drink it slowly or eat it out the glass / use it as a compote, the flavours in this work great.
Start right smoothie
Ingredients: Kale, Spinach, Banana and Kelp Me in a blender, add a dash of Apple juice and fill with water.
Great: If you only have a smoothie for breakfast and don't want to snack before lunch.
Booster smoothie
Ingredients: Spinach, Spring Greens, Blueberries, Strawberries and Kelp Me. Blend, add a dash of apple juice and fill with water
Compote
Add a small amount of your favourite juice, varying the juice will obviously vary the taste of the compote. Apple juice is an excellent option but experiment to see what works for you, light cranberry juice works surprisingly well!
Fruit Bowls
Try adding Kelp Me or Kelp Me Advanced to your favourite fruit bowl!
Rude Kelp
We love the Rude Health drinks and we feel they work extremely well with Kelp Me Advanced. The little bottles at 250ml are perfect for one serving and although all the flavours work well Coconut and Hazelnut are the firm favourites!
Nice-Cream (Natalie, London)
Slice bananas and place in little zip bags in the freezer (2 sliced bananas per bag).
Once frozen, empty contents of one bag, 2 scoops of Kelp Me, a teaspoon of Manuka honey, a tablespoon of almond butter.
Blitz on high for 20 seconds and enjoy!
Island Adventure (Hannah, London)
Add 300ml Coconut milk, a tsp of Acai, 5ml of Kelp Me and a scoop of Vegan Chocolate Protein (can use vanilla or chocolate or even unflavoured), blend and enjoy!
